Halloween is one of our favorite times of the year at Kid Ventures Preschool Academy—and not just for the costumes and candy! It’s a magical season full of imagination, creativity, and family fun. Whether your child loves dressing up, crafting, or exploring sensory play, there are so many ways to make the days leading up to Halloween special. Here are some simple, age-appropriate Halloween activities to enjoy with your little ghoul or goblin:
1. Pumpkin Play (No Carving Required!)
Skip the sharp tools and try these toddler-friendly pumpkin activities instead:
- Sticker Pumpkins: Use silly-face stickers to decorate mini pumpkins.
- Paint & Glitter: Let your little one paint pumpkins with washable paint and add sparkles for extra fun.
- Sensory Pumpkin Exploration: Scoop out seeds together—kids love the ooey-gooey texture!
